The Committee found that Mr Hippey had failed to deal promptly with correspondence from another professional adviser by failing to respond to a letter requesting professional clearance and had failed to grant such clearance to the complainant's successor advisers without good cause.
The Committee ordered that the case should rest on file for three years and that Mr Hippey should pay costs amounting to £500.
